What data we process and why

Contact form

The name, email and message you write. We use them only to reply to your message and follow up on what you ask us.

Technical logs

Like any web server, ours records the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type of each visit. These logs keep the site secure and running. Form protection uses a temporary code derived from the IP address and an automatic sending check, without storing message contents. Sending limits expire after one hour and challenges after five minutes.

On what basis

Form data is processed with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw it whenever you like: just write to us.

Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running.

For how long

We keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and follow up on your request. If you ask us, we delete it sooner.

Technical logs are deleted after about two weeks.

Who has access

Only NCB Studios. Messages arrive in our mailbox, on a server we manage, hosted by a hosting provider acting on our behalf.

We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties, we do not use it for advertising, and we make no automated decisions based on it.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. It only stores, in your own browser, functional preferences such as the language you chose. That information is not sent to us.

The Instagram link takes you away from this site. From there, Instagram’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy to take with you, and to withdraw the consent you gave. Write to us at the address above; we reply within one month.
